The C.A.R.E. Program
Planning your estate should not end when you take your documents home. We work with you and your family to implement and maintain your custom-designed plan. We always say that your documents are ‘living’ and, with the right attention, they will grow with you. To that end, we have designed a program to ensure you have the services, education and assistance you need as you put your plan into action.

Review Workshop will allow you to make updates to your existing plan, including changes to your trustees and beneficiaries, updating your healthcare agents, and taking advantage of our newest crafting techniques.

Our quarterly workshops and monthly newsletters will ensure that you, your families, and your advisors are aware of how the changes in tax laws and estate planning strategies might affect your estate plan, and how we can work together to ensure its effectiveness in light of such changes.
FAMILY C.A.R.E. SESSIONS
This personal workshop provides an opportunity for family members and trusted advisors to understand your estate plan, and address any questions, potential family conflicts or other issues. The workshops will be held privately either in our office, by conference call, or webinar.
An unfunded trust does not avoid probate, thereby resulting in a longer, more costly trust administration period after the Trustmaker’s death than with a properly funded trust. Our firm provides annual funding of your assets to ensure that your trust is properly funded and functions the way you intend.
MEDICAL DOCUMENTS FOR FAMILY
Having a voice in your personal medical decisions is important to you. With your C.A.R.E. membership, you can give your loved one a voice, too. We offer this service complimentary for up to 2 of your family members. Each will receive our complete suite of medical documents.
Enrollment in our C.A.R.E. program helps us ensure your trust is fully funded and that it works the way you wish it to. Your commitment to our ongoing relationship allows us to provide certainty to your family by guaranteeing that the cost of administering your trust will not exceed a stated percentage of the assets being administered.
EMERGENCY HEALTHC.A.R.E. CARDS
Healthcare powers of attorney and directives are only effective if they are available to your medical providers in a time of need. Our wallet-sized healthC.A.R.E. cards will allow your providers to access your important healthcare documents 24/7.
As trusted advisors, we make ourselves available in a timely manner to address ongoing questions and concerns that arise, and provide you with continued peace-of-mind regarding your estate plan.
